Trauma II Triumph

Ronica Lynneshia Sledge, socially known as Ronnie Lynn, is a Human Resources Professional at the University of Virginia, certified by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is also the Executive Pastor of the M.O.V.E! Church. Ronnie Lynn owns and operates RLS Events & Entertainment. She earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Capella University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and an Associates of Arts Degree from Pulaski Technical College. She also holds certification from Cornell University in Workplace Investigations. Ronnie Lynn and her husband have a blended family of ten children and twelve grandchildren. She currently resides in Culpeper, Virginia, a small town south of D.C. She loves to shop, spend time with family, and serve in ministry.

My memoir is dedicated to every person who has suffered emotional, physical and/or sexual trauma. To every person who suffered through being bullied and suffered negative outcomes such as substance abuse and mental health challenges. To those who have endured suicidal thoughts from the weight of the world on your shoulders. Finally, to those who are searching for love, acceptance, and healing. My prayer is that you would learn to love yourself, accept yourself with flaws and all, then actively work on your healing. Don’t get stuck in the past. Own who you are and work every day to become something greater.
